GENERAL DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Finance:

- Develops and executes sales and profit plans in line with budgetary goals
- Ensures, and is accountable for, profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling cost of goods
- Maintains and utilizes daily, weekly, quarterly and annual financial reporting tools as directed by the General Manager
- Ensures proper team member coverage per the needs of business while maintaining target labor costs
- Oversees all cash management functions; Maintains proper loss prevention standards, including reviewing cash handling

procedures, deposits and safe procedures
- Review daily time punches for accuracy; address time clock abuse (clocking in early or late) via coaching and/or

documentation
- Oversee ordering, GL management and/or inventory for certain supply categories, as delegated by the General Manager
- Assists the General Manager in setting pricing and menu offerings.

Operations:

- Opens or closes casa reîa ; completes opening or closing checklist, as applicable
- Manages hourly employees in their daily responsibilities at casa reîa, providing clear, effective direction
- Prepares staff schedules for casa reîa, and/or as directed by The General Manager
- Able to perform all POS functions, including opening and closing procedures, comps, voids and transfers, back office

administration (employee creation, menu management, etc.)
- Plans, executes and communicates all promotions and information effectively and efficiently
- Conduct DOH walk-throughs multiple times per day when on duty to ensure DOH compliance; Address all DOH violations

immediately
- Promotes and practices safe work habits, identifies and resolves potential safety hazards; Documents accidents, conducts

initial investigation and determination of root cause of safety incidents in the interest of maintaining a safe work

environment
- Ensures that all Company drink and food recipes and procedures are followed, maintaining the highest quality and

consistent product standards
- Approve any maintenance or repairs needed through the General Manager.

Staff Management:

- Hire, train, supervise, manage, coach, counsel, and evaluate casa reîa bar employees
- Acts as role model for outstanding service; continuously works to elevate service standards, and personally embodies

hospitality in daily actions
- Consistently monitors, coaches and encourages management team and hourly service employees to meet casa reîa´s

service standards
- Resolves team member or customer conflicts through casa reîa´s compliant handling procedure

and development of current staff; Coach and counsel team members for improved performance, documenting

developmental plans as necessary, with the General Managers approval
- Ensures that all team members are educated on Company products and services
- Builds morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team members’ input is encouraged

Essential Functions:

- Able to lift 20kg
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Must have considerable skill in math and algebraic equations using percentages
- Demonstrates positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards
- Polished personal presentation; Grooming meets casa reîa standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
- Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress
- Maintains general knowledge of location, transportation, management team, etc.
- Ability to utilize traditional software programs such as Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint),

and any additional systems as needed; Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex

computer system
- Participates in community events and ensures corporate social responsibility goals of casa reîa are met
- Ensures that all staff are compliant with Company’s policies and procedures, as well as city, state and federal laws
- Attends and/or organize mandatory meetings including staff meetings, leadership meetings, etc.
- Maintains knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal

networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
- Unpack, stock, & organize all items in and around the restaurant to maintain highest level of cleanliness possible

throughout restaurant pre-opening & after
- Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the General Manager or Senior Level Leadership
- Adhere to all HR policies and procedures

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
