**Internal Auditor**

A Finsolutia é uma Fintech moderna, dinâmica e robusta, especializada na área do crédito, que conta com mais de 300 colaboradores a nível Ibérico.

**O perfil que procuramos**:

- **Hard skills**:

- Licenciatura em Administração de Empresas ou Direito**;**:

- Pelos menos 2 anos de experiência em Auditoria Interna;
- Experiência no sector dos serviços;
- Conhecimentos de técnicas, normas e procedimentos de auditoria interna;
- Resolução de problemas e capacidade para melhorar os procedimentos internos.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excelentes capacidades de organização, comunicação, redação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia;
- Fortes capacidades analíticas e de pensamento crítico.

**Nice to have**:

- Fluência em inglês e espanhol;
- Conhecimentos em programas de Data Analytics.

**O dia-a-dia desta posição**:

- Efetuar auditorias internas de acordo com o plano de auditoria anual;
- Executar o trabalho de campo na realização da auditoria;
- Avaliar a adequação dos controlos operacionais com as políticas e os procedimentos a nível local e empresarial;
- Definir e realizar testes de auditoria para verificar a eficácia e a eficiência dos controlos existentes nos principais processos da empresa;
- Elaborar relatórios de auditoria com resultados e recomendações sobre os processos auditados;
- Propor melhorias nos sistemas de controlo interno das diferentes áreas;
- Acompanhamento das recomendações.
