Are you a system administrator or engineer in the beginning of your IT career and interested in working with Cloud hosted IT systems within health care?

Working as a Cloud technician

As a Cloud technician, you are a technical expert who enables Sectra to deliver products and services to our customers. You will be part of the Cloud Operations department and work in projects for new and existing customers. In projects, you will work with the complete setup of new systems in our private, OpenStack-based, environment as well as in Microsoft Azure. You will work with automation, always striving to improve our efficiency to deliver our services. You will work in broad technical concept, with virtualization, various operating systems, networking, scripting and more, along side Sectra's own products.

**In this role, you**:
Will be part of the planning and delivery of customer projects by setting up virtual systems and install, maintain and upgrade Sectras medical IT products
Work with and continuously learn more on IT environments, complex databases, virtualization, operating systems, networks, cloud solutions, and integrations between various systems within health IT
Think a lot Troubleshooting and problem-solving is a huge part of constantly pushing the evolution of our services

Skills & Requirements

Be genuinely interested in working innovative with new technology
Have a suitable vocational training within IT, or at least three years of university education in engineering science, healthcare, business or IT with strong academic standing, or a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
Be highly organized and deadline-driven, and enjoy a fast-paced work setting
Have a willingness to share your own knowledge
Show strong communicative skills
Ability to travel to customer sites and other Sectra companies
Be fluent in English, both spoken and written

Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying as examples
Have experience with other cultures
Have experience working with IT service desk or customer service
Have experience working with Windows, MS SQL Server, SQL Server AlwaysOn, networks, Active Directory, server clustering, scripting tools, Microsoft Azure and VMware
