**About Xblend**:
Xblend is searching for a Customer Success Operations Manager to support a successful Customer
Success team that fosters positive customer experiences and interactions for Xblend’s software
brands, Xray and Xporter. Xray, a market-leading test management solution for Jira users,
offers an intuitive and comprehensive test management experience that users can customize to
export information from Jira into various formats for convenient information sharing.
The Customer Success Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and
will be responsible for building an empowered testing community and maintaining strong
relationships with our customers. You will help drive adoption and revenue growth by assisting
customers, partners, and the testing community in unleashing the potential of their development
and testing teams.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Build a deep, technical understanding of Xray and Xporter features along with best
- practices for testing frameworks and processes
- Maintain and improve our customer onboarding program
- Develop and deploy training programs for customers and partners
- Mentor enterprise-level customers to improve the value delivered by Xray
- Deliver health checks and configuration audits to identify meaningful improvements for current and future customers’ use of Xray
- Centralize customer feedback
The Customer Success Operations Manager will work directly with customers to improve their experience
with Xray and Xporter. Your work will empower technical and solution partners with the
knowledge they need to help their customers get the most out of Xray.
You will represent the voice of the customer in your interactions with the Marketing, Support,
and Product teams; your insights and suggestions will enhance our development, marketing,
and support of Xray and Xporter customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in consultative role advising on best practices and continuous
- improvement
- An understanding of B2B infrastructure software businesses, ideally in the Software
- Development, Software Testing, and/or DevOps industries
- Experience building, conducting, and summarizing user research projects, customer trainings, and onboarding programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
**Nice To Have**:
- Master’s Degree in computer science or related field
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence)
- Knowledge of leading software development tools (GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, etc.)
- Familiarity with software testing tools, including open source testing frameworks (Robot, Selenium, etc.)
