We are looking for a new employee to support the Complaints Management team.

**Functions**:

- Receive and register the information related to each claim;
- Find the right solution for each complaint, not only looking for customer satisfaction but also complying with company policies
- Other duties inherent to the role.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English;
- Motivation for customer support;
- High communication skills and empathy;
- Experience in complaints management (more than 9 months);
- Guidance for problem solving;
- Immediate availability.

**Offer**:

- Contract with Adecco RH;
- Base salary (950€) + Meal allowance (8.32€) in meal card;
- Hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday (fixed day off on Sunday + 1 rotating day off);
- Opportunity for growth and professional development in a company that is expanding its customer support area and quality of service;

Salário: 900,00€ - 1.100,00€ por mês
