Ferring+You

You will be responsible for Accounting activities, namely in O2C and A2R. Executing will be the point of contact to the business and the accounting manager to ensure all is properly performed, identifying risks and timely solution identification are key to create a trustful relationship, whereas creating a clear governance and communication dynamic is very important.

Your day at Ferring

This role contributes to proper and effective administrative, financial, tax and asset management in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, as well as with specific company policies and accounting principles.

A2R- Perform month-end-closing activities on A2R streamline such as: Cash & Bank.- Monthly reconciliation, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Prepaid expenses and others.- Being support backup on all other A2R tasks amongst Payroll, IFRS16, Accruals, reclassifications, taxes, sales reporting (IFRS15).

O2C- In charge on returns process accounting side, working closer with logistics team and remaining stakeholders (customers, transporters).- Working on Billing side together with O2C team when applicable and supporting O2C specialist, on Interactions with customer service will ensure all relations are properly managed, invoices, claims via credit notes, sales orders and all other support as required to meet the customer needs. working closely with customer service, will support the inventory management and tender processes.- Will have normal interactions with the tax manager to comply with local tax regulations and auditors when applicable.

Behind our innovation There’s you- Degree in accounting or equivalent.- 3 to 4 years minimum experience in accounting.- Fluent in Portuguese and English mandatory. Other language is valuable.- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and reporting principles and processes.- Customer Focus and Satisfaction mindset (quality and timeliness delivery).- Strong functional/Technical Skills (Protheus ERP is valuable).- Brazilian Tax Background is a plus.- Strong drive for achieving results.- Essential problem-solving skills and resilience.- Ability to effectively inform and plan.- Ability to work in decentralized finance structure.- Nice to have experience in SSC environment- Good communication and stakeholder management.- Strong priority setting capabilities.- Proactive attitude towards work.
