You will be responsible to:

- Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP, GDP, and HSE guidelines, as well as internal and external requirements, while promoting the implementation and maintenance of Hovione’s policies, systems, and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs, etc.);
- Ensure that the quality, safety, and productivity guidelines are followed by the warehouse teams and propose initiatives to enhance productivity and compliance;
- Maintain and update departmental IOPs and ensure their execution within the area;
- Verify that stocks are properly stored and controlled, conducting regular checks on goods;
- Analyze warehouse and logistics data and produce relevant reports including area KPIs;
- Collaborate in training warehouse teams by proposing content and delivering training sessions as needed;
- Follow up on customer and authority audits and inspections, and implement necessary changes as requested;
- Manage inventory planning, organization, and execution with the team: analyze discrepancies after counts, conduct troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records, and develop action plans for significant differences;
- Optimize stock management in both Hovione’s internal and external warehouses;
- Perform client counts, generate reports, and conduct critical assessments for campaigns as required: perform preliminary counts, adjust in the system, and ensure inventory compliance by the due date;
- Evaluate and process item returns;
- Coordinate product destructions with clients and finance;
- Review, update, and approve new material codes.
- University qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Chemical Engineering or similar field;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management in chemical industry;
- Strong understanding of cGMP and GDP regulations and knowledge of logistics operations;
- Knowledge in SAP Warehouse management modules;
- Fluency in English is a requirement;
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package;
