Efficio is changing procurement & supply chain consulting. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who share our ideals of disruption and data-driven business value creation. Join us and support our expansion in the fields of data and analytics consulting in data strategy and delivery of custom analytics solutions to our global client base. This role sits across our Consulting, and Product and Digital teams, therefore offering ample learning and development opportunities.
This role gives you the opportunity to:
- Support the creation and implementation of data strategies for our clients
- Provide thought leadership and guide ideation, prioritisation, and delivery of custom analytics solutions
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and data science questions as analytics translator, translating strategic challenges in data problems and shaping the best solution
- Manage the collection and analysis of client data, contributing to the development of recommendations and solutions
- Plan and implement agreed strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved
- Provide support and guidance to Efficio consulting and data teams on projects, ensuring Efficio methodologies and processes are followed
- Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your domain knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies
- Work across industries, geographies, and client sizes
- Help establish a data-driven culture at Efficio
**Essential Requirements**
- An advanced degree in software engineering, computer science, a related technical field, or relevant work experience
- Proven track record of transforming a company’s use of data to solve important business problems through new and innovative data science approaches
- Strong data science skills, for example artificial intelligence, machine learning and data mining
- Deep expertise in relevant programming languages, for example Python, R, SQL
- Ability to collaborate with infrastructure engineers to leverage fully cloud in developing cost effective scalable solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior individuals to translate business requirements into tangible goals and outputs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate a long-term vision clearly
- Experience managing a team
