‍‍ As an **Outsystems Developer,** you will be in charge of:

- Manage the teams and improve overall quality.
- Collaborate closely with the two tech leads in the team to understand the existing architecture and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Participating in technical discussions, and demonstrating leadership skills.

**Profil**:

- 3-6 years of experience in software development, preferably with a background in IT.
- Proficiency in Outsystems development is essential, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and best practices.
- A proactive learner who is eager to expand their knowledge and skills in Outsystems and other relevant technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Fluent Portuguese level.
