**The opportunity**:
As the Head of Affiliates, you will lead our affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners, developing and optimizing affiliate programs, and ensuring that all affiliate activities align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, and a proven track record of success in managing affiliate programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate accounts to ensure maximum ROI is achieved
- Responsibility for sourcing new affiliates to drive brand growth
Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
- Collaborate with internal teams to regularly create and improve landing pages, overall marketing, and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
- Develop new affiliate recruitment and program marketing campaigns
- Responsible for running affiliate accounts whilst making sure on delivering personal and group KPI’s
- To be the company’s main representative at events, conferences and awards ceremonies.
- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners
- Represent the affiliate team at industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
- Manage key accounts across all brands and increase business from mid to top-tier affiliates.
- Work with internal marketing team to grow the affiliate business within the marketTo provide reports to the Co-Founders on daily/weekly/monthly performance.
- To ensure that all affiliate payments are checked against reporting and paid in a timely manner.
- To drive traffic in target geos to meet the business growth strategy

**Requirements**:

- At least 5+ years in the same or similar position within the iGaming Poker industry.
- Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; understands and utilizes data and metrics relevant to the role.
- Experience with digital strategy and mobile apps an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Energetic and driven personality.
- Able to work independently and autonomously, and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English.
- Strong sales background.
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and marketing tools.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Strong background in multiple team management.
- A basic technical understanding of the process involved during the practical implementation of gambling products, in-house & external software programs.
