MRFG is a Belgian bridal fashion group specialised in the design and production of wedding dresses. Our head office in Antwerp breathes fashion, but our greatest asset is our own production in Portugal.

We’re looking for an in-house digital creator to expand our social media team based in Leiria, Portugal. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and united team, overseeing the digital image and identity of our brands and company. You will be responsible for maintaining the brands’ aesthetics, perception and tone of voice through appropriate visual content created for our social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms for all our brands (Meta posts and stories, Pinterest and TikTok)
- Develop creative brainstorming ideas into visual and graphical content meeting the company’s image and standards. The content includes videos, newsletters, catalogues, advertisements,..
- Ensure that all content on social media is aligned with the brands’ image.
- Conduct social media research to gather new ideas and understand the audience’s needs.
- Create behind the scenes content in the atelier, during events and photoshoots.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Indesign)
- Work experience in similar positions (Graphic Designer, Social Media Designer, etc)
- Experience creating posts, visuals, and videos for social media
- Understanding of social media principles and concepts

**Skills Necessary**:

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Organisation and time management
- Detail-oriented and creative skills
- English proficiency, spoken and written

**Start Time**: April 2024
