**Position** : _Customer Delight for Social Media - Turkish speaker M/F/X_

**-> Description**:
American online social media and social networking service company launched on February 4, 2004.

**-> Responsabilities**:

- You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the onlineand digital advertising domain;
- Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
- Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.

**-> Profile**:

- Fluent in Turkish (C1 minimum);
- Fluent in English - minimum B2 is mandatory;
- Great listening and communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Experience in Social Media;
- Aptitude for problem-solving;
- Dynamism and team spirit;
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
- **Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)**;
**Offer**:

- _**Starting date : July 2024**_
- Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
- Initial training during 15 working days
- Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Sunday between 7am to 12am with 2 days off per week, rotating shift;
