**IT Governance and Risk Management**
A Zurich está a recrutar para a equipa de IT Governance e Risk Mgmt a gestão e implementação de projetos e procedimentos, que visem acrescentar valor à Zurich, através da incorporação de uma cultura de tomada de risco disciplinada, onde as relações entre risco e benefício são transparentes, compreendidas e adequadamente recompensadas, sem comprometer a sua reputação.
Principais Tarefas- Avaliações de risco e controlo, monitorização de ações de mitigação.- Apoiar a gestão com a interpretação e aplicação do manual de políticas da ICIF (Baseadas em COSO)- Criar e assegurar que os controlos internos estão em vigor e funcionam eficazmente de acordo com o Quadro Integrado de Controlo Interno do Grupo (ICIF).- Desenvolver controlos em áreas tecnológicas.- Identificação de riscos tecnológicos.- Mapeamento de processos informáticos, implementação, documentação e manutenção de processos e atividades de controlo em conformidade com os objetivos obrigatórios do Grupo.- Monitorizar o processo trimestral de certificação de controlos, garantido o suporte em evidencias.- Capacidade de conceber e executar o teste dos controlos internos e facilitar a respetiva remediação para quaisquer deficiências de controlo identificadas.- Acompanhar as ações de melhoria decorrentes das avaliações do risco, do controlo interno e da ZRP (Zurich Risk Policy)
Neste contexto procuramos profissionais com as seguintes características:
- Capacidade de documentar processos do início ao fim através da colaboração com peritos na matéria- Capacidade de adaptação a diferentes ambientes tecnológicos;- Facilidade de aprendizagem e curiosidade intelectual;- Forte sentido de responsabilidade, organização e planeamento;- Orientação para o cliente interno e externo;- Capacidade analítica, pragmatismo e decisão;- Dinamismo, proatividade, criatividade, espírito critico e foco na resolução de problemas;- Capacidade de comunicação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa e gestão do tempo e prazos. Experiência/conhecimentos necessários:
- Licenciatura em Informática, Engenharia de Sistemas, ou similar;- Experiência em atividade Seguradora, Financeira ou Consultoria;- Conhecimento em COBIT, COSO, ITIL, AGILE, LEAN- Domínio do Microsoft Office (nomeadamente, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint);- Domínio da língua inglesa;- Experiência em análise, tratamento e interpretação de informação.
Experiência/conhecimentos preferenciais:
- Experiência no mercado segurador;- Certificação em COBIT, COSO, ITIL, AGILE, LEAN- Experiência em gestão de projetos;
