**Job Description**:
Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Marketing Technology Manager.

As a natural problem solver, this role encompasses all aspects of Marketo (and associated Marketing technologies) support, including troubleshooting and best practices.

As well as focusing on the technical side of our Martech stack, you’ll also be working closely with both the regional Marketing and D365 CRM teams - helping to maximise the value from our tools.

**What you will do**
- ** Marketing Ops Support**:The primary contact for Marketo support, troubleshooting campaign fails, form errors, landing page design errors in html, D365 CRM sync errors and API integration errors - managing escalated tickets alongside a colleague managing low level tickets (managed in ASANA). Manage lead imports to ensure data quality. Marketo Template Coding - building out the requirements of the design team. Training new team members on how to use our Marketing technologies (both Users & Marketing Ops support) as well as checking and activating campaigns
- ** Martech/Data Stack Roadmap & Plan**: With Sales and IT, develop, manage and govern a joint sales and marketing technology roadmap for integrations, capabilities and rollout/adoption plans to deliver targeted, personalized customer experience across the sale and marketing engagement lifecycle.
- ** Microsoft Dynamics**:Representing Marketing as a key stakeholder for Dynamics365 CRM - new software, enhancements etc. Manage the business critical integration between D365 and Marketo, working closely with the relevant teams to troubleshoot and implement new workflows where necessary
- ** Integrations & Processes**:Define and document platform integration plan, testing, data flows, workflows/processes, etc.; Provide input to IT on platform/integration architectures as needed. Manage the API integrations e.g. Terminus, Linkedin, Drift, Lattice Engines, Turtl, Webeo & Boomi: setting up the integrations, documenting the set-up process and maintaining the integrations over periods of change & D365 CRM development
- ** Capabilities & Business Requirements**:Define and document Business Requirements, User Experience, and rollout/sustain plans (e.g. change management, training, and platform adoption).
- ** Assess New Technologies**:Evaluate new technologies and advise on integration, launch, and adoption/training. Being at the cusp of new technology, and driving these new innovations through the marketing team.
- ** Marketo & Dynamics 365**: Knowledge and experience working with Marketo and Dynamics365 is strongly preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- You will have experience working with Marketo & preferably have Marketo certification (MCA or MCE)
- Experience of working with D365 CRM or Salesforce
- Experience of working with Terminus, Linkedin, Drift, Lattice Engines, Turtl, Webeo & Boomi is preferable
- Experience in managing the integrations within our Martech stack
- Enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems and providing technical support to Marketing user of the above technologies
- Coding experience would be an advantage but by no means essential
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing & Data Technology hands-on experience balanced with ability to lead the end-to-end strategy, plan and execution of the Marketing Operations strategy
- Deep interest in the latest developments, industry trends, and best practices for digital marketing, analytics and marketing technology platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to make complex technology concepts understandable to broader teams and to evangelize the utilization of technology to drive marketing and business goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and IT teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and clear communication style with the ability to influence, inspire and align multiple stakeholders and work effectively across teams.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
