**Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, company, and statutory regulations.
- Input and manage relevant data in the payroll system with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee Flex Benefits systems and ensure seamless integration with payroll processes.
- Cultivate positive relationships with employees at all levels, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, with a strong emphasis on Portuguese payroll regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Familiarity with payroll software such as 4Sapiens is preferred (not mandatory).
- Proven ability to maintain objectivity, responsibility, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a natural inclination towards teamwork and cooperation.
