Are you an accomplished and transformational leader with a passion for driving cybersecurity excellence? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Cybersecurity Portfolio Management team, with a keen focus on Market Intelligence and Innovation Management. This pivotal role will allow you to shape the strategic direction of our cybersecurity initiatives and play a crucial part in safeguarding our digital world.

As a leader within the Cybersecurity Strategy department, you will directly work with the Global Head of Cybersecurity Strategy and also have the chance to collaborate and contribute to horizontal and cross-unit topics such as strategy development as well as the orchestration of strategic alliances and communication activities.

**What part will you play?**

As Team Lead Cybersecurity Portfolio Management, Market Intelligence, and Innovation Management your responsibilities will encompass:

- Portfolio management: Develop and implement a forward-thinking cybersecurity portfolio strategy that aligns with industry standard processes and business goals. Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and cyber threats
- Market Intelligence: Gather, analyze, and translate market trends and threat intelligence into useful insights. Provide guidance on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and potential risks to inform strategic decisions
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation within cybersecurity organization. Orchestrate and encourage the development of innovative cybersecurity technologies. Collaborate across departments to implement innovative practices
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of cybersecurity experts. Provide guidance, promote skill development, and ensure the successful execution of portfolio projects
- Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functional teams, including Siemens businesses, IT, Technology, and Legal, to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity measures into all business initiatives

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar
- Long-term exprience in Strategy, e.g. with Portfolio Management, Market Intelligence and/or Innovation Management
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and emerging technologies
- Excellent team leadership and project management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team towards strategic goals
- Extensive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other cybersecurity teams, business units, and partners
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mentality
- A master’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business Management
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly valued
