**Position Summary**
This position will work alongside the Zone Europe Confectionery team to deliver business analyses based on data to support strategic decision-making.

**A day in the life of**
- Conduct in-depth analysis based on data to identify trends, understand competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour;
- Analyse large dataset including sales data and growth drivers (eg distribution, pricing, promotions, innovations, media, etc) to address strategic business questions supporting our Senior Leadership organization;
- Analyse other data sources such as consumer panel data, brand health tracking and other relevant data sources that can be leveraged to drive business growth;
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge utilizing internal tools and reports, as well as working with transformed and harmonized data within a data warehouse;
- Join the dots between different data sources to understand the overarching story and provide valuable insights and recommendations;
- Develop presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders;
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Data Science / Economics / Statistics;
- 3+ years of experience working in Analytics;
- 5+ years of experience in CPG and business/industry;
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within the CPG industry;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of CPG industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behaviour;
- Experience working with syndicated data such as Nielsen, IRI, GfK or Kantar;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse large datasets;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proficiency in Excel is a must;
- Experience working with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools;
- Having understanding of SQL and practical experience in working with databases to extract, transform, and analyse data would be a valuable addition;
- You communicate effectively with all levels of business and technical professionals in English.
