**Your contribution to something big**:
As part of the Business Unit Fire Alarm Systems with interfaces to different departments and regions you will support our training activities with following focus areas:

- Coordinate and administrate training activities of different countries in the Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Implement updates /new features in the LMS when required by new processes
- Creation of online training material
- Evaluate and report training analytics for defined KPIs on a regional and local basis
- Communication with internal worldwide training organization and external partners via different channels (E-mail, Extranet, Website )
- Update of Bosch internal communication platforms and external website
- Manage mailboxes for training topics

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in business administration, marketing or similar
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and networking skills
- High motivation to work with an internationally located team
- Independent and pro-active way of working
- Strong willingness to learn
