- The **AI Factory** is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.

**Your main objectives as a **Data Scientist**:

- You will play a pivotal role in advancing our data science capabilities, **developing machine learning models**, focusing on building robust models that enhance decision-making processes and drive business intelligence.

**As a Data Scientist, you will**:

- Explore and develop **generative AI models** to address challenges and opportunities in the finance and accounting domain;
- Collaborate with finance and accounting experts, software engineers, and data engineers to integrate **machine learning solutions** into existing systems;
- Demonstrate an interest in and familiarity with **MLOps tools** and practices to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models.
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline;
- Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying **machine learning models**, preferably in the finance and accounting domain;
- Strong programming skills in languages such as** Python** or R, familiarity with **MLOps tools** and practices;
- Experience with **generative AI** models and/or** NLP** is a plus.
