The Litigation Lead and Academic Outreach has a dynamic and innovative project dedicated to advancing education through cutting-edge academic projects. We believe in the transformative power of education and are committed to creating impactful initiatives that shape the future. As we expand our projects, we are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join us as a Junior Project Manager - Academic Projects.

**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will work in providing essential support in the execution of academic projects. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and completion of various initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for contributing to educational endeavors.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing academic projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the project management team.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

Assist in the preparation of regular project status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.

Act as a liaison with universities, scholars, project managers, team members, ( ) ensuring clear communication and alignment.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Law, Technology, Project Management, Education, etc.).

Experience as Project Manager or similar role managing academic projects.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask.
