**Das erwartet Dich**:

- In unseren Projekten übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für unsere Projektteams und berätst die Führungskräfte namhafter Kunden zu Fragen rund um Themenstellungen der digitalen Transformation.
- Du akquirierst Neukunden, erstellst individuelle Angebotspakete und führst Verhandlungsgespräche.
- Du überführst topaktuelle Technologie-Trends in neuartige Geschäftsideen, leitest daraus tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle und Strategien ab und entwickelst so unsere Beratungsschwerpunkte weiter.
- Du entwickelst neue Vermarktungskonzepte sowie Monetarisierungsoptionen und optimierst interne Abläufe und Prozesse und verantwortest den Aufbau, die Führung und die Entwicklung des Consulting Teams.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium, idealerweise mit einem Fokus im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder IT.
- Relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens sechs Jahren im Strategy Consulting einer etablierten Unternehmensberatung.
- Fundierte Erfahrung und Begeisterung für mehrere der folgenden Themen: Digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Unternehmensstrategie, Change-Management, Transformationsmanagement.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung als auch disziplinarische Führungserfahrung und überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (C1-Niveau). Portugiesisch und Deutsch sind von Vorteil.
