We've got a fantastic opportunity for you to jump on board with us at Patrique Mercier Recruitment as a Customer Service Representative This is an entry-level position, so we're not looking for experience - just a can-do attitude and readiness to learn.

**Role Description**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face (or voice) of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers. Your day-to-day will involve answering customer inquiries, solving problems, and making sure our customers are always happy. You'll also be responsible for maintaining customer records and tracking customer interactions. Remember, this is a remote job - so you can work from the comfort of your own home in Lisboa

**Requirements**:

- A valid European Union passport
- Readiness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- English language proficiency
