Tech Delivery Manager

**Role Description**:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with a large international software client;
- Communicate with stakeholders to perform project status update;
- Perform scope, change and risk management;
- Communicate directly with stakeholders and the project Product Owner;
- Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction;
- Manage expectations, both internally and externally, on the regular basis;
- Lead the delivery of new features and support it's launch.

**Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this**:

- Degree in Information Systems or related field;
- More than 3 years of professional experience;
- Experience of delivering software products with UI/UX and engineering teams;
- Experience with risk management, mitigation plans, SLA management and reports;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodologies;
- Attention to detail and rigor;
- Profile solution-oriented and proactive;
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies;
- Fluent English (oral and written).

**If you have some of these following skills that will be considered a plus**:

- Scrum Master certificate is a strong plus
- PMI Certification or Certification in Agile Methodologies
- Experience working with remote teams

**Where**:
Lisbon or Porto + Hybrid
