**About the job**

Within the “RISK ORM Framework” department of the RISK function, the “ORM Solutions” team is responsible for the monitoring and development of the various tools within its scope. We are looking for specific expertise for the project pole of the tool 360 Action Plans which is the mandatory tool in the Group for monitoring LoD 1 Action Plans

**Your Main Activities Are**
- You will pilot the operational insertion of the Action Plan module in relation with sponsors to ensure the proper use of RISK module within the entities
- When necessary, you will manage the deployment tasks (data migration, testing)
- You will manage the relationship with customers in order to take into account their needs
- You will plan the implementation of the associated tasks
- You will manage the relationship with ITG in the context of developments, reporting of anomalies, test phases, among others
- You will ensure the user training phases when necessary
- You will be the second level support in relation to the support team
- You will take care of the necessary communications

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related to this field
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral, is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in:

- IT/Business relations
- IT testing
- Skills
- Analytical ability
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Good level of communication skills - both oral & written
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
- Organisational skills
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to anticipate business / strategic developments
