We are currently hiring a 3D Technical Artist who will work closely with the Omnichannel CRM, 3D artists and other key stakeholders to bring solutions to projects that involve creating, using interfaces, pixel streaming, and other Immersive Experiences that the team is developing.
- Workig CLosely with 3D artists, project managersand IT external and internal developers, advising on technical resources, researching new techniques, and overall making the implementation of digital filesof finished artwork to run efficiently without visual degradation in our Immersive experiences.

**What you will do**:
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Researching and develpoing technical tools for Immersive 3D projects,
- Creating programming solutions for very mixed type of projects from gaming, motion tracking, augmented reality, uder interfaces, pixel streaming, etc.
- Setting up workflows different Immersive experiences (Unreal Engine, VR, AR, XR)
- Assisting in 3D asset performance and validation of each project.
- Solving complex technical issues during development.
- Deciding on what software and tools are required each project.
- Developing and maintaining resources and experiences that are created within the team.
- Ensuring final experience runs in the highest resolution possible.
- Working within the limits of the game engine, curating file sizes, polygon counts and loading speeds.
- Enforcing standars as outlined by heads of departments.
- Developing tools and software to execute the needs of each project.
- Prepatring and designing character systems such as skeletons, cloths, effect emiters and ragdoll collision.
- Researching and overseeing the implementation of rendering techniques.
- Resolving material errors and collision issues.
- Maintaining technical documentation, fr constant improvement.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continously refining skills and exploring new techniques to push boundaries of what we can bring to our customers in Immersive 3D experiences.

**What you’ll bring**:

- You have a degree/ diploma in Motion Design, Computer Science, VFX or similar.
- You understand the fundamentals of CGI modeling, animation, special effects softwareas well as a solid knowledge of platforms such as C++ and Javascript to be able to integrate assets into the game at the highest quality.
- You have prior experience as a Technical Artist in a major studio, preferably gaming for at least 4 years proven by your Portfolio or demo reel.
- You posses strong knowledge of Houdini, C++, Javascript, Python, Lua, Maxscript, Perl.
- You posses strong knowledge of 3D workflows in software like 3ds Mx, Maya, Cinema4d, HOUDINI, Blender, as well as render engines like Cycles, Octane, Redshift and Mantra.
- You understand game engine workflows in Unity and Unreal Engine.
- You are organizedand can prioritize effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
- You are a strong team player who can collaborateeffectively with different stakeholders.
- Ability to identify the best tools and software to maximize game delivery.
- Rendering and post-effects experience.
- Understanding of rigging and animation.
- Experience in physiscs simulations.
- Shader development experience.
