MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a CRM Data Manager.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Select appropriate campaigns for both current and potential customers, utilizing SQL within our corporate Data Warehouse (Teradata).
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries necessary for running marketing campaigns.
- Utilize campaign management tools such as Adobe Campaign, BSI CX, or other relevant tools for sending out campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of campaign selections with a focus on quality control.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricate data structures within our Data Warehouse and identify the relevant data sources.
- Deliver accurate campaign analysis and provide reliable data selections.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the customer contact strategy and enhance the conversion rate.
- Offer proactive recommendations for new campaign opportunities based on expert insights.
**What we look for?**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM campaign management and database marketing.
- Profound knowledge of an SQL dialect, preferably Teradata or MSSQL.
- Strong understanding of highly distributed data structures and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Familiarity with various JOIN variations is a fundamental aspect of your daily work.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and organizing large volumes of data in a relational database.
- Good understanding of Shell scripting or Python is advantageous.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or BSI CX is a plus.
- Sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a plus.
- Portuguese residence and a valid work permit is required.
