**About the job Project Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall (preferred) and Agile, to plan, execute, and control project activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Align suppliers, personnel, and infrastructure to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate project updates, and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, change requests, and issue logs.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clarity of goals and expectations.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented and followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives for future projects.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in IT project management, demonstrating successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall (preferred) and Agile.
- Experience working on Carve-Out projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to align suppliers, personnel, and infrastructure to meet project objectives.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools for project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus.
