Role Overview
**We are looking for someone to integrate our Controlling CBS team as a trainee, with an analytical and problem-solver mindset.**
**We count on you to**:
Support the controlling team to:
- Participate in the improvement process/deployment of the Workforce Planning Tool - Tool used to track Labour Data
- Coordinate with different teams as a way to collect and update data in the tool
- Data management capacity - treat, assess & find inconsistencies in the collected data
- Receive and act on feedback received from users
- Coordinate with IT Teams in order to continuously improve the functionalities of the tool

- Participate in continuous improvement projects
**You will bring**:
- University Degree (academic background in Engineering, Finance, IT, or Management is a plus)
- Ability to discuss and collaborate with different teams (IT, Finance, and HR)
- Advanced Excel is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
