Considerada um dos maiores operadores mundiais de cruzeiros fluviais, a MysticInvest integra neste sector a DouroAzul, o maior operador de cruzeiros fluviais em Portugal distinguido, diversas vezes, como a melhor empresa de cruzeiros fluviais da Europa e a Nicko Cruises, que opera mais de duas dezenas de navios hotel em três continentes. Em 2019, a MysticInvest reforçou a sua estratégia de internacionalização com o lançamento da Mystic Cruises, uma empresa dedicada a cruzeiros oceânicos que tem como objetivo ter uma frota de 10 navios de cruzeiros de expedição a operar durante a próxima década. Para além destas empresas, fazem atualmente parte da MysticInvest a Atlas Ocean Voyages, a DouroLegend, a DouroHeritage e, a DouroAzul Talents e a Mystic Ocean.

Descrição do emprego

Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com a contratação de um(a)** IT Project Manager**.

Este(a) profissional terá como principais responsabilidades:

- Apoiar na definição, implementação e melhoria continua do processo de gestão de projetos.
- Organizar e gerir os projetos de IT, sejam de novas infraestruturas e serviços ou na capacitação e melhoria dos atuais.
- Garantir as entregas totais ou parciais dentros do prazos previamente acordados das soluções pretendidas junto das equipas de projeto, clientes e stakeholders.
- Identificar melhorias a desenvolver na organização e nos projetos de IT implementados, realizando revisões periodicas às soluções, reports de funcionalidade e de serviço, com vista à melhoria continua e mitigação de riscos de incidentes ou falhas.
- Juntamente com os responsáveis das áreas, identificar junto dos stakeholderrs as necessidades e requisitos das soluções informáticas pretendidas para suporte à atividade das empresas do Grupo e apresentar propostas de projetos de desenvolvimento, contribuindo para o funcionamento eficaz e eficiente dos sistemas de informação e suporte às operações/processos de Tecnologias da Informação.
- Assegurar o controlo orçamental dos projetos.
- Monitorizar o cumprimento dos prazos e dos requisitos definidos das soluções em implementação nas empresas do Grupo Mystic Invest.
- Assegurar a elaboração de documentação técnica dos projetos, software e/ou hardware, assim como de manuais técnicos de suporte interno
- Assegurar que as ações de formação ao cliente interno e suporte às equipas de suporte técnico de 1ª e 2ª linha são realizadas apropriadamente, promovendo a proficiência das equipas de operação.
- Elaboração de relatórios de ponto de situação e de conclusão do projeto.

Qualificações
- Formação superior em Gestão de Informação ou Informática, Engenharia Informática ou Ciências da Computação, ou Curso técnico relevante na área.
- Experiência de 2 a 5 anos em funções similares.
- Inglês falado e escrito (avançado).
- Conhecimento de gestão de projetos.
- Conhecimento de metodologias agile.
- Conhecimentos gerais de soluções IT de desenvolvimento ou integração de sistemas de bases de dados, redes estruturadas e comunicações em ambientes virtualizados de plataformas Windows ou Linux.
- Conhecimentos gerais de segurança de infraestruturas e serviços.
- Capacidade de organização e método de trabalho.
- Proatividade e gosto no trabalho em equipa.
- Capacidade de resistência ao stress.
- Foco no serviço ao cliente.
