IT PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT OWNER
Portuguese company hires for remote/hybrid work

FLUENT ENGLISH AND PORTUGUESE (C1+)
**Description**
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
**Must-have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
- Experience as **Product Owner**.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Solid knowledge of product management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in** project management tools** and software.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
**Nice-to-have**:
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Product Owner certification (PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent).
**Top 3 skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Seniority**;
- More than 5 years' experience as an IT project manager, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles.
