We are currently looking for a Head of Operations (Focus: Property Management) to support us with a wide variety of real-estate functions:
**Your responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the operational vision and translate it into tangible KPIs for your teams while enabling them to succeed;
- Manage Habyt’s global property portfolio and prepare all markets for future growth;
- Streamline and standardize all global processes and SLAs for the overall portfolio;
- Develop an understanding of our business strategy and customer needs to create and maintain an ambitious and actionable Ops roadmap;
- Supervise and and coach a team of Property Managers, Technical Leads and Facility Managers across 6 countries
- Work closely with the leadership of the company and across various teams in order to define the long-term strategy;
- Own operational budgets and provide management reports, dashboards and forecasts;
- Be a skilled and visionary leader supervising a multi-national team.

**Your qualifications**
- Several years of relevant experience in property management, hospitality, multi-project management, project development or similar;
- Track record of setting-up and managing multi-national teams, ideally in fast-growing organizations or start-ups;
- Ambitious and structured self-starter combining visionary thinking, passion, a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills;
- Full working proficiency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus;
- Confident demeanor and great communication skills to properly interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, from employees to management as well as external partners;
- Salesforce experience is a big plus;
- Combination of a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
