As a Talent Development Services Trainee, you will learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment and support the team with different training scopes.
In your new role, you will:
- Support the **coordination, tracking, and management of training activities **using our Learning Management System;
- Collaborate with **stakeholders to align cross-functional learning needs and opportunities **;
- Provide **administrative support to local and global training requests **;
- Handle **inquiries and requests **from internal and external vendors, participants, program managers, and trainers located globally;
- **Support training registration and logistics organization **, such as hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, etc.;
- Ensure **cooperation with external suppliers **.
You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times, having high-quality standards for your work. You have an organized and structured working style with a strong customer orientation. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish successful cooperation with others.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- A **degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources **, or a similar field;
- **Experience using MS Office tools **, especially Excel and Outlook;
- **Ability to structure your work **within the team;
- Experience **in events organization, learning management, or customer service **is an advantage;
- **Fluency in English **. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
