**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a **US** **Jr. Tax Specialist **you will be playing a key role within Fever's Tax practice working closely with the Tax Manager and rest of the team, helping with the global **tax compliance** and **tax strategy** of the Group.
You will be expected to demonstrate **ownership and proactivity** getting things done in the tax area of a **global high-growth business**.

**The key responsibilities are as follows**:

- **Assist** in the **US indirect and direct tax compliance** processes,_ _**in particular with analysis of sales data and preparing sales data for filing**:

- Research and analyse specific indirect and direct taxation matter and provide tailored advice
- **Identify risks** and potential tax planning opportunities
- Determine **uncertain tax exposures** and manage appropriate taxation provisioning
- Assist in the **preparation of transfer pricing documentation**, intercompany agreements, and draft policies governing intercompany transactions
- **Collaborate** with third-party service providers as required
- **Support **all indirect and direct **tax audits** / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)
- Manage multiple tax **filing deadlines**:

- **Provision of advice** to senior management on taxation risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitions
- Contribute to the improvements and the solutions of tax processes

**ABOUT YOU**
In order to be successful in this role, you will:

- At least** 2 years of relevant experience **in taxation gained in practice or industry in US Market
- Bachelor or Master degree in **Finance, Economics or Tax**:

- **E**xperience with indirect tax compliance is a major plus**:

- Proven **US tax knowledge** and familiar to work with other jurisdictions
- **Mid - high Excel level**:

- You are a detail-oriented and organised worker, **able to parse through data to prepare tax filings**:

- Be **fluent** in written and spoken **English**. Other languages are a plus

This role is located in **Fever's HQ in Madrid**, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
