Administrative and Business Analyst

Job Purpose:
Provide administrative, financial and HR expertise to run a small but complex organization working together with different stake holders. Guarantee compliance and documentation of accounting controls
Major Activities:
Accounting:
- Works as link between local team, Deloitte, Novartis Portugal and Green Corner and is responsible to document controls
Business Planning:
- Provides management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support and advice in monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests on revenues, SPC, variable costs, customers, product, Profit and Loss (P&L) by area and shared service cost allocations
- Performs analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities; makes recommendations to mitigate these risks
- Ensures pro-active Business Partnering with other areas
- Ensures on-going business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drives early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners
- Drives profitability by analysing financial impact of any significant investment in marketing & sales activities.
- Drives the financial planning processes (Target, LO, R&O, etc) and provides support to AAA financial planning processes.
- Ensures high forecasting accuracy on top and bottom line, ensures integrity of data provided by commercial teams, and provides value adding recommendation
Human Resources:
- Support on recruitment
- Deployment of the training plan
- Personnel administration (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Control and review of variables of the month. Review salary processing and administrative processes (admission, termination, SS, FCT and IRS);
- System data entry and validation. Ensure compliance and quality of HR processes.
- Labour relations support through knowledge of the Portuguese market
- Support in office management issues

**Minimum requirements**
Education: Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering. Master in Human
Resources is a nice to have.
Languages: English high level
Experience / Professional requirements: Knowledge of the Portuguese labor market
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving
