**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role is to supervise the execution of standard Operational Finance activities for the market. The role will include identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implements process controls to ensure Operational Finance deliverables are achieved on an accurate and timely basis;
- Reviews process documentation ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements;
- Effectively supervises the team and its deliverables including execution of key process performance indicators;
- Identifies continuous process improvement initiatives and implements best practices to achieve operational efficiencies;
- Effectively identifies risk and manages escalations with key stakeholders where process deficiencies are identified;
- Supervises provision of accurate, timely information to support external, internal and client audits;
- Engages with stakeholders to understand the requirements, set expectations, address concerns and discuss them with their Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

- You bring at least 5 years of specific accounting experience - preferably in a project business environment;
- You are in your comfort zone when resilience and workload balance are on a high level;
- Very good knowledge or willingness to learn D365;
- You are strong in communication with a high willingness to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the day-to-day processes;
- You believe that DONE is better than perfect but still adhere to policies and compliance requirements;
- Very good english skills;
- you catch up independently with opportunities coming across your path.
