- Sales Performance:
- Conduct sales performance analysis with above KPIs, by business segment, by country, by Key Account..
- Support sales leadership in defining & tracking action plans targeted at improving sales performance
- Pricing
- Perform various pricing analysis
- Lead weekly deal review meetings
- Track pricing performance and propose action plans
- Sales Process:
- Analyze & help optimise sales process lifecycle from opportunity qualification to deal closing
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with sales leadership to implement best practices across sales entities
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with finance and sales experts across EMEA & Global teams
Kvalifikace:
- 5 years of proven experience in sales operations, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Ability to work independently with remote team (located across various sites in Europe)
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to learn quickly
- Familiar with commercial tools (Power BI and SalesForce as a minimum) and proficient in Excel
- Capacity to build strong relationships across local entities and/or departments.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with a "get-it-done" mindset
- Business-level proficiency in English is required
- Chinese language knowledge not required, but would be a strong advantage
