Powerdot started with the vision that charging your car should be as easy as charging your smartphone. And so for that to happen, chargers need to be available where people naturally spend their days. To bring this vision to life and accelerate it as fast as possible, we have recently secured €150M from Antin Infrastructure Partners, one of the world's largest investment funds.
⭐Our Mission is as simple as ambitious - Accelerate Sustainable Mobility. And we do it by investing, installing, and operating EV chargers with an innovative business model akin to an Infra and Tech scale-up. So in a nutshell, we help businesses find the right charging solution that fits their customers' needs, and today we’ve joined forces with more than 1,200 partners across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, where we have more than 2,200 contracted locations.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Finance Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising financial processes, ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include:
- Treasury and Cash Management
- Oversee weekly cash projections, ensuring funds meet operational needs.
- Manage the accurate and timely execution of payment processes.
- Manage and nurture relationships with financial institutions, negotiating banking services, fees, and terms to optimise financial partnerships.
- Cost Approval Workflow
- Design and manage the cost approval workflow, collaborating with department heads.
- Establish and maintain detailed controls for employees' business expenses to ensure adherence to expense policies and budget.
- Customer Invoicing and Collections
- Oversee the customer invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage collections to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with people department and external suppliers
- Collaborate with HR to address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Internal Customer Service - Ticketing System
- Be the owner of our ticketing system for internal customer service.
- Address finance-related queries and provide timely resolution.
- Regard our internal customers with the same level of attention and care as you would an external customer
- Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related initiatives.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the finance operations team

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about defining and optimising operational processes
- Enjoy working with people, and actively support others to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a commitment and passion for building things from scratch.
