HR Generalist

**Your contribution to something big**:

- Manage incoming contacts from associates with compassion and proactivity to prioritize their needs and provide unique solutions to problems;
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner;
- Record and manage the associate requests within the HR Shared Service Framework;
- Explain HR policies, procedures, laws and standards to associates;
- Issue certificates and declarations to the associates, upon request.
- Work closely with HR Specialists team, supporting in issues resolution, reports and information to update the HR Service processes and manuals;
- Perform monthly payroll quality control according to the Central Guidelines and Payroll Work Instructions;
- Overview of HR processes and responsibilities, ensuring the involvement of the right contact persons when it comes to complex situations;
- Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Lead.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization;
- Service-oriented contact person making optimal use of the knowledge base, labor legislation, HR processes and regulations at a national level;
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel)
- Experience working with SAP (preferably)
