Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Porto, on an opening for the Energy Sector.
**Your Role**:
- Activity planning, prioritization and risk/issues management;
- Definition and management of the created timeplans, with inputs from the various teams;
- Management/Interactions/negotiations with multiple stakeholders;
- Change management.
- Main duty will be to manage a set of projects within Power System Integration Module (projects mostly within Electrical and Software Engineering technical areas)
**Your Profile**:
- Professional with +7 years of professional experience within project management areas ;
- Experience in **System Engineering, Power plant Controller**:
- Experience in **Embedded software: Matlab and Simulink, c and c++**:
- Experience in leading **SW development projects,**:
- Experience in automotive or aerospace industries
- Preferably qualified with **Prince 2 **(or equivalent project management certification)
- Lead projects from initiation Gate 0 until Gate 2 and continue with execution until final delivery. Ability to deliver projects on-quality, on-time and on-cost
- Ability to multitask and handle more than one project at a time. Focus on project delivery and execution
- Advanced stakeholder management skills in complex technical environments
- PMP certification (valued);
- Experience in identifying fraud, dashboard deviations (valued);
- Good knowledge and fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Waterfall, Power BI and SQL (plus);
- Hybrid model (Porto/ Maia);
