Para tal, precisamos de ti Procuramos um Data Scientist,

para a equipa de Data Cloud & AI. Na nossa empresa terás a oportunidade de aliar todos os teus interesses e competências para nos ajudar a tornar o mundo um pouco mais Glintter

**Como será o teu dia a dia na Glintt Next?**
- Desenvolvimento e implementação de sistemas de recolha de dados que otimizem a qualidade e extração de dados;
- Realização de análises sobre datasets de elevado volume e complixadade e transformação de dados em insights acionáveis;
- Desenho, construção e manutenção de código eficiente, reutilizável e confiável;
- Criação de modelos preditivos com base em Machine Learning (ML);
- Proposta de soluções e estratégias para os desafios do negócio;
- Colaboração com equipas de engenharia, desenvolvimento e deployment;
- Preparação de relatórios que comuniquem efetivamente tendências, padrões e previsões usando dados relevantes;
- Manipulação de dados estruturados e não estruturados de várias fontes;
- Realização de feature engineering para desenvolvimento de variáveis significativas que alimentam os modelos;
- Desenho e avaliação de pipelines de ML adequados para projetos de supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning;
- Produção de visualizações de alta qualidade para representação de dados e insights de forma clara e impactante.

**O que achamos que precisas de ter?**
- Formação em Ciências da Computação, Ciência de Dados e AI, Estatística, Engenharia ou equivalente;
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano como Data Scientist ou Data Analyst;
- Proficiência em Python;
- Conhecimentos em R, SQL e familiariadade com Scala ou Java (valorizado);
- Experiência com data frameworks e ferramentas (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow ou PyTorch);
- Proficiência com ferramentas de visualização (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio ou similares);
- Familiaridade com sistemas de database management (SQL, NoSQL);
- Excelentes capacidades analíticas e capacidade de combinar dados de diversas fontes;
- Data-oriented, com forte atenção ao detalhe;
- Capacidade de comunicar dados complexos de forma simples e acionável;
- Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de pensamento crítico;
- Nível avançado de Inglês (obrigatório) e Espanhol (valorizado).
