**Job Description**:
**Job Title**: Senior Specialist - Major Incident Operations and Problem Management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the resolution of major incidents and problems within the organization.
- Ensure that all incidents and problems are logged, diagnosed, escalated, and resolved in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Identify, document, and manage the resolution of problems and incidents, including providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage incidents and problems, including coordinating technical resources to resolve issues.
- Provide leadership and direction during major incident response situations, including driving communication and coordinating resources to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure that all incident and problem management processes are continually improved, updated, and documented to ensure that they remain effective and efficient.
- Participate in incident management training, testing, and exercises to ensure that the team is prepared to respond to incidents quickly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in incident management, problem management, or related fields.
- Prior Experience with the incident and problem management tools and processes is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and manage teams during incident response situations.
