**Challenge**: Our client is a start-up whose mission is to pioneer emotional wearables that bridge the gap between long-distance relationships, enabling people who are far apart to connect with each other through touch. Currently, they need a Head of Digital Marketing to complete their team in Lisbon and help continue to create a future with healthier individuals, communities, and the planet.

**Main Missions**:

- Developing and creating inclusive marketing strategies;
- Evaluating and documenting all aspects of marketing tactics and execution;
- Supervising creative agencies and contracted partners;
- Recognizing prospects to expand and fund the marketing team;
- Hiring and retaining specialized experts within teams;
- Creating and executing marketing plans, products ideas, and advertising initiatives;
- Disseminating marketing objectives to the organization and enhancing marketing efforts;
- Streamlining the management of yearly marketing budgets;
- Regularly sharing advancements, outcomes, experiences, and industry trends with the wider team.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role;
- Demonstrated a history of achievements in designing and implementing impactful digital advertising initiatives;
- Proficient user level of English.

**Framework**:

- Remuneration according to functions;

- Work location: Lisbon, Baixa Chiado;
- Hybrid working model.
