IT RISK AND CYBER SECURITY OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2308CIBIT15958)

**About the job**
- He/she will ensure IT Risk management for Shadow/ light IT Topic, for EMEA territory

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Collect and centralize Shadow/ Light IT cases, from all different parties to create a referential
- Manage, and update this referential proactively
- Follow up tasks triggered by CIB EMEA IT Risk Management
- Consolidate project indicators and prepare reporting both at local/ territory/ Business Line level
- Provide support in the performance of IT Risk Assessments, and suggest potential Remediation Plans
- Document Shadow/ Light IT Risk management organization, methodologies, and processes

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic Background in Information Technology Systems or pertinent area
- Organization and planning
- Proficient in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, planner, etc.
- Advanced level of expertise in Excel: Proficient in managing high amount of data, using advanced Excel Formulas, creating and maintaining Pivot Tables, creation of pertinent reports.
- IT Security knowledge
- Knowledge on IT Risk Management frameworks is valued but not mandatory
- High proficiency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in French is valued, but not mandatory
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical skills
- Autonomy
- Ability to summarize
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work with teams in multiple geographical locations (PT/FR)
