**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany, to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Analytics Communication Intern to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**
- Support in the rollout of an internal analytics store (Preparation of training documentation, onboardings, feedback sessions, etc.);
- Coordination of marketing activities for our analytics service;
- Coordination of internal documentation and its different resources;
- Creation of training materials for new joiners.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Marketing, Communication and Social Sciences;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.): e.g., create visual appealing presentations, prepare spreadsheets, etc.;
- Pro-active, independent, good time-management & organizational skills, detail oriented, able to prioritize;
- Team-player with strong communication and marketing skills who enjoys working with a very diverse and multi-disciplinary team (both on-site and virtual);
- High level for customer-service orientation and Global Team set Up;
- Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment;
- Language-Skills: outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
