**What’s the job?**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with R&D, process engineering, and production teams to develop and optimize DSP workflows for fermentation-based production.
- Utilize bioprocess simulation tools (e.g., SuperPro Designer, Aspen) to model processes, analyze data, and improve production efficiency.
- Design and test DSP strategies, including filtration, chromatography, centrifugation, and other purification techniques, to meet target yields and purities.
- Conduct scale-up studies and simulations to ensure reproducibility and scalability of downstream processes.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with DSP methodologies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay up-to-date with advances in DSP and bioprocess simulation to incorporate the latest methodologies and best practices.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (PhD is a plus).
- Proven experience with DSP methods such as filtration, chromatography, and centrifugation.

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance for bioprocessing.
