Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500. But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare.

Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000. Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market. We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.

**Senior Technical Product Manager - Berlin (M/F/d)**
**This role can be based in Berlin or Lisbon**

Moonfare offers investors a completely digitised platform that enables individuals to invest in a wide range of top-performing Private Equity funds. As we continue to expand into new geographies and grow our investor base, we are looking to increase the capacity of our Platform Engineering teams. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead three of our Engineering Teams, Platform Backend, Platform Frontend and Internal Tooling. You will have the opportunity to not only develop the structural integrity of our platform, but also work on the look and feel from a user perspective. You will report directly to our VP Product & Data and work closely with our Engineering leadership.

**You will**:

- Own the Moonfare platform products:

- Platform Backend - deals with microservice architecture, API gateways, introduction of new monitoring tools
- Platform Frontend - develops UI components, micro-frontend frameworks & boilerplates and library dependencies
- Internal Tools - internal tooling for our employees, admin panels, authentication system
- Work closely with our Platform Engineering teams, Principal Engineers and R&D Leadership to develop ideas that improve the structural integrity of our platform
- Lead discovery and own the Moonfare roadmap giving our engineering teams direction, purpose and a continuous improvement mindset
- Contributing to platform wide architecture design - what will this help us achieve, how will this have impact

**The next Moonfarian**:

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
- Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics to define product direction
- Exceptional product management skills, including but not limited to roadmap prioritisation, business case definition, qualitative and quantitative customer research
- Extensive experience working and sparring with higher level leadership
- Extensive experience in driving highly technical products
- Experience in software engineering
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
