**Job Title**: Clinical Application Specialist Connected Care Intern

**Location**:Lisbon

**Type**:Trainee, 1 year contract

**Time**:39 hours/week

**Expected Start Date**:beginning of September

**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**

You´ll provide trust and build customer loyalty. Provide clinical customer support. Additional responsibilities include support of sales and marketing efforts through clinical presentations, product demonstrations of Connected Care portfolio.

**You are responsible for**
- Supporting Account Managers and Clinical Application Specialists by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations. Support and advise the sales force during customer acquisition and also tenders.
- Providing technical expertise to customers and users and trains them in order to optimize the usage of our products.
- Support new products launches.
- Seminars and workshop preparation.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality an usage of the solution.

**You are a part of**

You will report directly MSCAL Team Lead in Spain.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) or student of Biomedical Engineering or Nursing
- With willingness to learn and acquire new skills and pro-activity; organized
- Excellent communication skills, attention to results with high levels of customer satisfaction, strong organizational and priority-setting skills
- Fluent Portuguese and at least intermediate level of English
- Willing and able to travel within Portugal (driving license needed)
