Contract duration - 7 months

**Main Function**

Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the spa centre.

Offering a high standard of services and managing Spa employees to achieve retail and treatment sales targets as set.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and fluency in at least 2 of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese. Any other language is considered as advantageous.
- 3+ years as Spa Manager on a Cruise Ship.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proven accounting skills, marketing strategy and the ability to lead the group to meet new goals

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The SPA Manager establishes team leadership and coordination
- Represents the spa in a cordial, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Provides and maintain quality service to generate maximum profits through cost control and creative, energetic salesmanship
- Demonstrates good communication and organisational skills
- Checks and ensures excellent service to guests
- Manages the daily agenda
- Validates the accuracy of end-of-Cruise reporting and financial data
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with the shipboard authorities and with other departments onboard
- Administrates stocks in the store
- Ensures control of daily closing and administrative duties

Pay: From 1,700.00€ per month
