As an ERP Program/Project Manager, you are responsible for successful delivery of ERP projects to Avanade clients through organization, management and monitoring of people, methodologies and technologies throughout the project life cycle. ERP is all about helping businesses simplify complexity and thrive in the digital age. You’ll be solving your client’s challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

- You likely have 6-8 years of experience

What you'll do
Your technical and non-technical skills include:

- Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment
- Strong client interface and presentation skills
- Establishes global ERP architecture by integrating ERP solutions across functional lines
- Validates ERP system performance by defining metrics to measure business and operations systems success
- Prepares clients to use ERP solution by analyzing business and operations changes; re-defining new responsibilities and actions; defining training and re-training programs
- Manages customer relationship by providing support;
- Track record of initiative and outstanding performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills-'Customer Focus'
- Manages customer expectations effectively
- Strong time management skills
- Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology
