**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
As a **Cyber Security Architec**t**, you will assist on a broad spectrum of cyber security architecture support requests from communities in various Siemens Energy business units and functions helping move cybersecurity activities forward. You will also participate in developing internal technical cyber security standards and architecture principles engaging pro-actively to strengthen the organization’s overall cyber security posture.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Understand, analyze and define the interaction of organization's processes, tools, data, and technologies in terms of Cyber Security Architecture for energy industry threat landscape and security risk for Siemens Energy.
- Guiding and define architecture principles, standards & guardrails, reference architectures and good practices in the field of Cyber Security.
- Define and provide SE Cyber Security technology constraints & reference architectures.
- Evaluate business requirements and drive Cyber Security architecture decisions.
- Facilitate IT solution architecture reviews in terms of Cyber Security and consult in designing alternatives for security controls in protection concepts.

**What You Bring**:

- The foundation of your success is a university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, Cyber Security, or a related field as Architect.
- You convince us with professional experience across different functions and businesses with a minimum experience of 5 years in Cybersecurity and Information Technology as architect.
- You have very good technical security know-how based on standards and good practices.
- Capability to work closely with the business units of Siemens Energy to drive the definition of technical standards and benchmarks for cybersecurity.
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work in cross-functional, multi-national teams.
- You work closely in global networks and secure the implementation of cybersecurity solutions. Further, you have analytical and critical thinking capabilities to drive cybersecurity into the future.
- As you act in an international environment with a focus on supporting global digital activities, you bring business-fluent English.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of time.

**About the Team**:
You will be part of a global team that provides cybersecurity support services for all Siemens Energy Divisions and Functions as well as all seven Siemens Energy hubs. You will also join our companywide cybersecurity community of more than 130 members. You will also participate in developing internal cyber security capabilities and strategy engaging pro-actively to strengthen the organization’s overall cyber security posture.
